Black Apple

Native to Queensland and New South Wales, black apple trees can grow up to thirty metres and produce a sweet black fruit with fibrous flesh that is similar in shape to plums, and contains a large edible seed. Its scientific name is pouteria australis, and is fast and easy to grow, making it good for cultivation.
