Right near the hub of action in Paddo

(otherwise known as Paddo) is an energetic, alive and vibrant suburb. This hub of Sydney attracts those who love fashion and shopping, as well as eating fairly healthy food. Something would be wrong if you were bored here.

A wonderful French patisserie lives here

A couple of creative private colleges are making their mark in the area as well. is also within close proximity to the SCG.

What is known most for:

  • The Markets (otherwise known as the Bazaar)

  • Centennial Parklands

  • Designer Clothes, especially on Glenmore Road. Think Camilla and Marc.

  • Laid back cafes during the week. Crowded brunch outlets on weekends.

  • Cat lovers

  • Art and photography lovers

  • Great coffee pit stops

  • The Chauvel Cinema

  • A sushi train where you can actually chill out and relax

  • Some laid back pubs

  • An authentic French patisserie that has stood the test of time

  • Spirituality events such as Medicine Rhythm Presents Water, and The Future Sound of Yoga. These events are held in a Uniting Church too.

Vibe: Have an open mind, and have fun. Slow me down on the weekends though.

    Thats Felix

If was a shoe it would be: Jimmy Choo

Parking: A challenge. Parking in the Centennial Parklands is manageable, and on some of the quiet streets.

    Passionate photography. Love it.

Transport: Bus routes 333 and the 380 run along Oxford Street to Bondi Beach as you're heading towards Centennial Parklands, or to the city in the opposite direction.
