(otherwise known as Parra) is dubbed as the economic capital of Western Sydney, and is Sydney's second CBD. In fact, is one of the top few business centres in Australia.

This area is in a fairly central location, and is home to the National Rugby League (NRL) team called the Eels.

The area is becoming popular due to accessible public transport, combined with excellent limited stops train services into the city. This area is also home to many fantastic restaurants, as well as one of Sydney's busiest shopping centres.

    Transport: Serviced by the T1 Western Line from the city, as well as the Blue Mountains train line. Heading away from Penrith, the T1 North Shore Line stops at busy train station as well. A number of Government and private bus operators also service other Western Sydney areas nearby including Bella Vista, Baulkham Hills and Merrylands to name. Government bus services can also get you to Parra from Ryde, Drummoyne and Rozelle in a reasonable amount of time.

    The Rivercat also terminates at Ferry Wharf from Circular Quay.

    A central area that can take you anywhere in Sydney.

    There is a free shuttle bus service that also covers North , that can take you anywhere in .
