The beach


In the 80's and 90's - if you said you lived in , people would feel terribly sorry for you. was not a sought after, stylish suburb to live in at the time. was rough and working class. The docks were once run by communists and gangsters.

One of the quiet streets


If you happen to depart or arrive on a cruise ship to Melbourne, you will be introduced to this area right near trendy Beacon Cove.

Outside a gourmet grocers on Bay Street


This area was once home to Greek migrants, and was a manufacturing hub. As factories closed down, property developers started to move in. Expect a number of overpriced apartments here. Today, is chic and trendy - although once you've lived in this area for a bit, you might find it a little overrated.
