is a stylish, affluent and chic area full of designer goods. Both Chapel Street and Toorak Road are home to never ending blocks of fashion shops, as well as cafes, bars, restaurants and patisseries.

No scruffy souls live here. Only people who want to be seen as beautiful both inside and out. People who take care of their outer beauty. Such people also work on themselves. There is a tendency for the ladies to become blonde chicks.
